Orders & Delivery

• Where do you deliver?

  We currently deliver across mainland UK only using DPD.

• How long does delivery take?

  We aim to hold all core items in stock so we can keep delivery fast, simple and reliable. Our standard delivery service is 3–5 working days from dispatch. We also offer a next day delivery service.

• What delivery options do you offer?

  Standard delivery (UK mainland only): Free delivery on orders over £299. Orders below this are charged at £3.99. Orders typically received within 3–5 working days. Next day delivery (UK mainland only): £12.99 Order before 2pm Monday - Friday for next working day delivery, orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery options are shown at checkout. These are estimates, but we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

• Can I track my order?

  Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details from DPD.

Returns & Support

• Can I return an item if I change my mind?

  Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.

• What if my item arrives damaged?

  Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly.

• Do you cover installation costs?

  We recommend checking all items before installation. We’re not able to cover labour or installation costs.

Choosing the Right Tap

• How do I know if a tap will fit my basin?

  Check: Tap hole size (single hole or multiple), Centres (distance between holes), Overall dimensions. All product pages include key measurements to help you match correctly.

• What does high pressure and low pressure mean?

  Low pressure systems: Typically gravity-fed (tank in loft), Require taps designed for low pressure, Minimum pressure usually around 0.1–0.5 bar. High pressure systems: Mains pressure or combi boiler systems, Require taps suitable for 1.0 bar and above. If unsure, check your boiler type or ask your installer.

• Can I mix finishes across products?

  We recommend choosing products from the same range to ensure consistency in colour, tone and design.

Showers & Compatibility

• Will my shower work with my system?

  This depends on your water pressure and system type. Always check the minimum pressure requirement on the product page.

• Do I need a separate valve?

  Some showers require a concealed valve, while others are all-in-one. Check what’s included before ordering.

General Advice

• Should I book my installer before delivery?

  We recommend waiting until all items have arrived and been checked before booking installation.

• Do all items match exactly?

  Products are designed to work together, but slight variations can occur due to manufacturing batches and finishes.
